I have the honour to annex hereto two self-explanatory letters dated 20 and 28 January 1994, respectively, addressed to Your Excellency by H.E. Mr. Rauf R. Denktaş, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
أتشرف بأن أرفق طيا رسالتين تعبران عن الموقف بوضوح، مؤرختين ٢٠ و ٢٨ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤، على التوالي، وموجهتين إلى سيادتكم من سعادة السيد رؤوف ر. دنكتاش، رئيس الجمهورية التركية لقبرص الشمالية.

Denktaş, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, concerning the ongoing rearmament efforts of the Greek Cypriot administration, would be circulated as a document of the General Assembly, under agenda item 63, and of the Security Council.
