121. In order to prevent the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography effectively, there is a need to elaborate and implement integrated and holistic prevention strategies that fully take into account the multidimensional nature of vulnerability and address the multiple risk factors that come into play and expose children to sale and sexual exploitation.

44. The Committee recommends that the State party continue adapting the legislation on adoption procedure according to art. 21 of the Convention and its principles, and consider ratifying the 1993 Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption in order to prevent the sale of children for adoption purposes.
44- توصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف تكييف التشريعات المتعلقة بإجراءات التبني للمادة 21 من الاتفاقية ومبادئها، وأن تنظر في التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي لعام 1993 بشأن حماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد الدولي من أجل منع بيع الأطفال لأغراض التبني.

26 The Committee recommends that the State party continue and strengthen measures to prevent the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, including in the light of the changing nature of interactions over the Internet, and that it increase the attention given to identify and protect children who are especially vulnerable to these practices.
26- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تواصل وأن تعزز الدولة الطرف تدابير منع بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية، بما في ذلك في ضوء تغير طبيعة التفاعلات على الانترنت وأن تولي المزيد من الاهتمام بتحديد وحماية الأطفال المعرضين بصفة خاصة لهذه الممارسات.
