While not being exhaustive, the overview of practices in preventing corruption contained in the present report represents an attempt to assist the Working Group in its task to develop and accumulate knowledge in the area of prevention of corruption in public administration, and to facilitate the exchange of information and experience among States on preventive measures and practices with regard to enhancing integrity in the public sector.
