وتُنقل المرأة التي تعتني بطفل لم يتجاوز 3 سنوات من عمره إلى عمل آخر إذا لم تكن قادرة على أداء عملها السابق، إلا أنها تحصل على متوسط دخلها الشهري السابق إلى أن يبلغ طفلها 3 سنوات (المادة 172).

The number of new offence cases was about the average for the previous 10 months, whilst the number of cases finalized and penalties levied were well above the average for the previous monthly periods.
وكان عدد حالات المخالفات الجديدة مقاربا للمتوسط بالنسبة لﻷشهر العشرة الماضية، في حين أن عدد الحالات التي جرى البت فيها وحجم الغرامات المفروضة كانا أعلى بدرجة كبيرة من المتوسط للفترات الشهرية السابقة.

14. My previous monthly report on Darfur (S/2005/650) made reference to the commercial blockade by the Government of the Kalma camp for internally displaced persons in southern Darfur that has now been in place for five months.

12. None of the parties is yet judged to be compliant with respect to demining, although it is hoped that the decisions taken at the mid-January meeting of the Joint Military Commission (paragraph 7 of the previous monthly report refers (see S/1997/81)) will speed up operations significantly.

As reported in the previous monthly report (EC-76/DG.14, dated 25 June 2014), the final shipment of declared chemicals identified for removal from the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic took place on 23 June 2014.

As mentioned in my previous monthly report (S/2006/218), the only case brought before the Nyala Special Criminal Court on the Events in Darfur involved the attack on Tama village in October 2005, when armed tribesmen killed 28 civilians.
