61- ألزم القانون رقم 6 لسنة 2010 بشأن العمل في القطاع الأهلي في مادته 86 أصحاب الأعمال في مراعاة قواعد السلامة والصحة المهنية واتخاذ الاحتياطات لحمايتهم ورعايتهم الطبية، كما ألزم صاحب العمل بتعويض العامل المصاب سواء بأمراض المهنة أو إصابة عمل.
