٢٢- ولا تزال تتواتر الروايات عن عدم احترام امتيازات وحصانات موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة، والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات ذات الصلة.

In paragraph 6 of that report, the Fifth Committee recommends to the General Assembly the adoption of two draft decisions, one on the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the audit of the use of consultants and the other on the respect for the privileges and immunities of officials of the United Nations and the specialized agencies and related organizations.

٤ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين تقريرا عن احترام امتيازات وحصانات موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات المتصلة بها، فضلا عن أمنهم وسلامتهم؛

4. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its fifty-second session a report on respect for the privileges and immunities of officials of the United Nations and the specialized agencies and related organizations as well as their security and safety;
٤ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين عن احترام امتيازات وحصانات موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات المرتبطة بها، فضلا عن أمنهم وسلامتهم؛

In conclusion, she emphasized that respect for the privileges and immunities of officials was one of the paramount conditions guaranteeing the effective exercise of the responsibilities entrusted by Member States to the organizations of the United Nations system.
