46. The Committee recalled that, pursuant to General Assembly resolution 50/207 B, it had reviewed the procedural aspects of the consideration of requests for exemption under Article 19 of the Charter at its fifty-sixth and fifty-seventh sessions.
٦٤ - أشارت اللجنة إلى أنه عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة ٠٥/٧٠٢ باء، فقد استعرضت الجوانب اﻹجرائية للنظر في طلبات الاستثناء بموجب المادة ٩١ من الميثاق في دورتيها السادسة والخمسين والسابعة والخمسين.

76. The Committee on Contributions had been unable to formulate concrete recommendations on the procedural aspects of the consideration of requests for exemption under Article 19 of the Charter.

٣٤ - أشارت اللجنة إلى أن الجمعية العامة طلبت إلى اللجنة في قرارها ٢٥/٥١٢ باء أن تستعرض الجوانب اﻹجرائية للنظر في طلبات الاستثناء بموجب المادة ٩١ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، وأن تقدم توصيات بهذا الشأن، حسب الاقتضاء.

34. The Group of 77 and China took note of paragraphs 6 to 10 of the report of the Committee on Contributions (A/53/11) on the procedural aspects of the consideration of requests for exemption under Article 19 of the Charter.
