40. It was emphasized that compliance with the rules of procedure of the Human Rights Council and rules concerning accreditation also had to be strictly enforced for remote participation.
40- وجرى التأكيد على ضرورة التقيد الصارم بالنظام الداخلي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان والقواعد المتعلقة بالاعتماد فيما يخص المشاركة عن بعد.

1. Pursuant to paragraph 10 of General Assembly resolution 60/251 of 15 March 2006, and in accordance with rule 6 of the rules of procedure of the Human Rights Council as contained in Council resolution 5/1 of 18 June 2007, the Council shall hold special sessions, when needed, at the request of a member of the Council with the support of one third of the membership of the Council.
1- عملاً بالفقرة 10 من قرار الجمعية العامة 60/251 المؤرخ 15 آذار/مارس 2006، ووفقاً للمادة 6 من النظام الداخلي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان الوارد في قرار المجلس 5/1 المؤرخ 18 حزيران/يونيه 2007، يعقد المجلس دورات استثنائية، حسب الضرورة، بناء على طلب من أحد أعضاء المجلس يحظى بتأييد ثلث أعضائه.

44. It was stressed that interventions by video messaging would not in any way change the rules of procedure of the Human Rights Council or the practices relating to the participation of Member and observer States in the work of the Council.
44- وشُدِّد على أن المداخلات التي يُسهم بها عن طريق التراسل بالفيديو لن تغير بأي شكل من الأشكال النظام الداخلي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان أو الممارسات المتعلقة بمشاركة الدول الأعضاء والدول المراقِبة في أعمال المجلس.
