1. Rule 35 of the Rules of Procedure of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects provides that:
1- تنص المادة 35 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر على ما يلي:

1. Rule 35 of the Rules of Procedure of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects provides that:
1- تنص المادة 35 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في اتفاقيـة حظـر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر على ما يلي:

1. Rule 36 of the Rules of Procedure of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects provides that:
1- تنص المادة 36 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر على ما يلي:

1. Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects (CCW/CONF.III/3) provides that:
1- تنص المادة 4 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر (CCW/CONF.III/3)، على ما يلي:

12. The Thirteenth Session of the Group of Governmental Experts decided, inter alia, to recommend for adoption by the Third Review Conference the Provisional Agenda of the Third Review Conference (CCW/GGE/XIII/1), as well as the Draft Rules of Procedure of the Third Review Conference (CCW/GGE/XIII/3).
12- وقرر فريق الخبراء الحكوميين في دورته الثالثة عشرة، فيما قرر، أن يوصي المؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث باعتماد جدول الأعمال المؤقت لهذا المؤتمر (CCW/GGE/XIII/1)، وكذلك مشروع النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث (CCW/GGE/XIII/3).

5. At its final plenary meeting on 10 March 2006, the Thirteenth Session of the Group of Governmental Experts decided to recommend for adoption by the Third Review Conference the Draft Rules of Procedure of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May be Deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects.
5- خلال الجلسة العامة الختامية المعقودة في 10 آذار/مارس 2006، قررت الدورة الثالثة عشرة لفريق الخبراء الحكوميين توصية المؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث باعتماد مشروع النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في اتفاقيـة حظـر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر.
