(b) In procurement involving classified information, if the procuring entity considers it necessary, measures and requirements needed to ensure the protection of classified information at the requisite level;

4. Subject to the requirements in paragraph 1 of this article, in procurement involving classified information, the procuring entity may:
4- رهناً بالاشتراطات الواردة في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، في حالة الاشتراء المنطوي على معلومات سريّة، يجوز للجهة المشترية ما يلي:

In particular, in procurement involving delicate issues or highly competitive contracts, the procurement regulations should provide for oversight measures, including post-procedure audit, and the presence of observers coming from outside the procuring entity's structure during the procedures, to assess the use of the methods in practice.
وعلى وجه الخصوص، في الاشتراء المنطوي على مسائل حسّاسة أو عقود عالية التنافسية، ينبغي أن تنص لوائح الاشتراء على تدابير رقابية، بما في ذلك مراجعة تالية للإجراء، وحضور مراقبين من خارج بُنية الجهة المشترية أثناء الإجراءات، لتقييم استخدام الطرائق عمليا.

(l) " procurement involving classified information " means procurement in which the procuring entity may be authorized by the procurement regulations or by other provisions of law of this State to take measures and impose requirements for the protection of classified information;
(ﻫ) " الاشتراء المنطوي على معلومات سريّة " يعني الاشتراءَ الذي يجوز فيه، بمقتضى لوائح الاشتراء أو غيرها من أحكام قانون هذه الدولة، أن يُؤذن للجهة المشترية بأن تتخذ تدابير وتفرض اشتراطات من أجل حماية المعلومات السريّة؛

(v) In procurement involving classified information, any requirements imposed on suppliers or contractors for the protection of classified information pursuant to paragraph 4 of article 24 of this Law; and
(ت) في الاشتراء المنطوي على معلومات سريّة، أيَّ اشتراطات مفروضة على المورّدين أو المقاولين لحماية المعلومات السريّة، بمقتضى الفقرة 4 من المادة 24 من هذا القانون؛

For example, procurement involving the protection of essential security interests of the State may also involve classified information; in such cases, the procuring entity may be authorized or required (by the procurement regulations or by other provisions of law of the enacting State) not to publish any public notice related to the procurement.
