Although there is no stand-alone offence, the offering or giving of an undue advantage to induce false testimony or the production of evidence in a proceeding is punishable under the provisions in chapter 23 on Attempt, Preparation, Conspiracy and Complicity, read together with the provisions in chapter 15, on Perjury, False Prosecution and Other Untrue Statements.

النظر في إدراج حكم في التشريعات الوطنية يقرِّر جرماً محدَّداً قائماً بذاته يشمل صراحةً فعل عرضٍ أو منح مزية غير مستحقة للتحريض على الإدلاء بشهادة زور أو تقديم الأدلة في إجراءات معيَّنة (المادة 25(أ) من الاتفاقية)؛

(a) The use of physical force, threats or intimidation or the promise, offering or giving of an undue advantage to induce false testimony or to interfere in the giving of testimony or the production of evidence in a proceeding in relation to the commission of offences established in accordance with this Convention;
(أ) استخدام القوة البدنية أو التهديد أو الترهيب أو الوعد بمزية غير مستحقة أو عرضها أو منحها للتحريض على الإدلاء بشهادة زور أو للتدخل في الإدلاء بالشهادة أو تقديم الأدلة في إجراءات تتعلق بارتكاب أفعال مجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية؛

Article 23 (Criminalization of obstruction of justice) requires parties to criminalize the use of physical force, threats or intimidation to induce false testimony or interfere in the giving of testimony or the production of evidence in a proceeding related to the commission of an offence covered by the Convention.
وتقضي المادة 23 (تجريم عرقلة سير العدالة) بأن تجرّم الأطراف استخدام القوة البدنية أو التهديد أو الترهيب للتحريض على الإدلاء بشهادة زور أو للتدخل في الإدلاء بالشهادة أو تقديم الأدلة في إجراءات تتعلق بارتكاب جرم مشمول بالاتفاقية.

Article 23 (criminalization of obstruction of justice) of the Convention requires States parties to establish as a criminal offence the use of physical force, threats or intimidation to induce false testimony or to interfere in the giving of testimony or the production of evidence in a proceeding related to the commission of offences covered by the Convention.
