(د) تهيب بالدول التي لم توقع الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم(10) وتصدق عليها أو تنضم إليها أن تنظر في القيام بذلك على سبيل الأولوية، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام مواصلة بذل جهوده من أجل تعزيز الاتفاقية والتوعية بها؛
