(ب) ما هي السياسات الناجعة في تشجيع مشاركة المستثمرين الأجانب في تنمية الموارد البشرية وبناء القدرات التكنولوجية؟ وما هي التدابير التي تبين أنها تشجع وتعمّق الروابط بالاقتصاد المحلي؟ وكيف يمكن تشجيع الشركات على تحمل المسؤولية الاجتماعية وجعلها أكثر كفاءة؟

1. The Commission on Trade in Goods and Services, and Commodities, at its eighth session (held in 2004), decided to convene for the first time an expert meeting on promoting participation of developing countries in new and dynamic sectors of world trade.
1- قررت لجنة التجارة في السلع والخدمات والسلع الأساسية، في دورتها الثامنة (المعقودة في عام 2004)، أن تعقد للمرة الأولى، اجتماع خبراء بشأن تشجيع مشاركة البلدان النامية في القطاعات الجديدة والدينامية في التجارة العالمية.

3. The Commission on Trade, at its ninth session in 2005, decided to convene annual Expert Meetings on promoting participation of developing countries in dynamic and new sectors of world trade and decided to consider following three sectors at the next Expert Meeting: (a) electronics, (b) marine products, and (c) steel and related specialty products.
3- قررت لجنة التجارة، في دورتها التاسعة التي عقدت في عام 2005، عقد اجتماعات خبراء سنوية بشأن تشجيع مشاركة البلدان النامية في القطاعات الدينامية والجديدة في التجارة العالمية، وقررت النظر في القطاعات الثلاثة التالية أثناء اجتماع الخبراء المقبل: (أ) المنتجات الإلكترونية، (ب) والمنتجات البحرية، (ج) والصلب وما يتصل به من منتجات متخصصة.
