102. Sexual harassment is an offence under the Omani Criminal Code, promulgated by Royal Decree No. 7/74, whether it occurs in the workplace or elsewhere.
102- التحرش الجنسي مجرم في قانون الجزاء العماني الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 7/74 سواءً وقع في مكان العمل أو خارجه.

Pursuant to the Weapons and Ammunition Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/90 and the amendments thereto;

332. The Sultanate continues to implement the provisions of the Social Security Act promulgated by Royal Decree No. 87/84, as amended, in accordance with the obligation of the State under article 12 of the Basic Law of the State.
332- أن السلطنة ما زالت تعمل أحكام نظام الضمان الاجتماعي الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم87/84 وتعديلاته عملاً بالتزام الدولة الوارد في المادة 12 من النظام الأساسي للدولة.

455. The Omani Penal Code promulgated by Royal Decree No. 7/74, as amended, contains provisions that take into account to the best interests of the child in various respects, details of which are set forth in the sections below.
455- إن قانون الجزاء العماني الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 7/74 وتعديلاته احتوى نصوصاً تراعي سن الطفل الفضلى تعمل في جوانب متعددة ونفصل من خلال الفروع الآتية:

II. Three new paragraphs, number 3, 4 and 5, shall be added to article 1 of the Weapons and Ammunition Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/90, as follows:
ثانيا - تضاف إلى المادة )١( من قانون اﻷسلحة والذخائر الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم ٣٦/٩٠ ثلاثة بنود جديدة بأرقام )٣، ٤، ٥( وذلك على النحو اﻵتي:

III. A new article, to be numbered 26 bis, shall be added to the Weapons and Ammunition Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/90.
ثالثا - تضاف إلى قانــون اﻷسلحة والذخائر الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم ٣٦/٩٠ مادة جديدة برقم )٢٦( مكررا نصها اﻵتي:

IV. Paragraph (5) of article 15 of the Weapons and Ammunition Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/90 shall be deleted.
رابعا - يحذف البنــد رقــم )٥( من المادة )١٥( من قانون اﻷسلحة والذخائر الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم ٣٦/٩٠.

54. The Law on Juvenile Accountability (promulgated by Royal Decree 30/2008) has significantly advanced guarantees for juveniles.
54- عزز قانون مساءلة الأحداث (الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 30/2008) بشكل كبير الضمانات المقدمة للأحداث.

The Law Regulating the Omani Nationality (promulgated by Royal Decree 3/83) stipulates eligibility for Omani citizenship.
وينصّ قانون تنظيم الجنسية العمانية (الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 3/83) على شروط أهلية الحصول على الجنسية العمانية.

The Public Prosecution Law (promulgated by Royal Decree 92/99) regulates the activity of the Public Prosecutor.
وينظم قانون الادعاء العام (الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 92/99) أنشطة المدعي العام.

71. The rights of inmates are addressed in the Law of Prisons (promulgated by Royal Decree 48/98).

73. In an effort to fight the global phenomenon of terrorism, Oman has passed the Law on Combating Terrorism (promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2007).

The Money-laundering Act, promulgated by Royal Decree No. 34/2002, constitutes the domestic legal basis for implementing the freezing of assets in the Sultanate of Oman.
يعد قانون غسل الأموال الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 34/2002 هو الأساس القانوني المحلي لتنفيذ تجميد الأصول في سلطنة عُمان.

22. Article 11 of the Judiciary Act promulgated by Royal Decree No. 90/99 makes provision for a body tasked with the settlement of disputes relating to the consistency of laws and regulations with the Basic Law of the State and ensuring that the provisions of the latter are not contravened.
22- وقد حددت المادة 11 من قانون السلطة القضائية الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 90/99 الجهة المنوط بها الفصل في النزاعات المتعلقة بمدى مطابقة القوانين واللوائح للنظام الأساسي للدولة وضمان عدم مخالفتها لأحكامه.

225. The vocational training prescribed under the Social Security Act promulgated by Royal Decree No. 87/84, as amended, includes disabled persons through the comprehensive social, medical, psychological and vocational care programme designed to restore in disabled persons the ability to perform and settle in their original job or any other job suited to their condition.
225- يشمل التأهيل المهني الذي حدده الضمان الاجتماعي الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 87/84 وتعديلاته المعاقين من خلال برنامج الرعاية الشاملة اجتماعياً وطبياً ونفسياً ومهنياً لتمكين المعاق من استعادة قدرته على مباشرة عمله الأصلي أو أداء أي عمل آخر مناسب لحالته والاستقرار فيه.

501. promulgated by Royal Decree No. 17/99, the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act has already been mentioned in the Sultanate's initial report and in the present report as evidence of consideration for the best interests of the child.
501- سبق أن أشرنا إلى قانون مكافحة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 17/99 في تقرير السلطنة الأول وفي هذا التقرير، وهو ما يدل على المراعاة التامة لمصالح الطفل الفضلى في قانون مكافحة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 17/99.

The licensing of conventional weapons is addressed by article 5 and schedule 2 of the Weapons and Ammunition Law, and its implementing regulation, promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/90 mim of 10 March 1990. Article 5 provides that, with respect to the weapons in schedule 2:
