2- يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تنظر في تنفيذ تدابير مجدية لكشف ورصد حركة النقد والصكوك القابلة للتداول ذات الصلة عبر حدودها، رهنا بوجود ضمانات تكفل حسن استخدام المعلومات ودون اعاقة حركة رأس المال المشروع بأي صورة من الصور.

(d) Implementation of feasible measures to detect or monitor the physical cross-border transport of cash and bearer negotiable instruments, subject to strict safeguards to ensure proper use of information and without impeding in any way the freedom of capital movements.
)د( تطبيق تدابير تسمح بكشف أو رصد النقل المادي عبر الحدود لﻷموال النقدية أو الصكوك القابلة للتداول لحاملها، رهنا بضمانات صارمة الغرض منها التأكد من الاستخدام المناسب للمعلومات ودون المساس بأي شكل بحرية حركة رؤوس اﻷموال.

2. States parties shall apply practical measures for sharing information on companies providing military and security services outside their territories and for establishing control over the provision of such services, as consistent with the safeguards aimed at ensuring the proper use of information without impeding their legal implementation in any way.
2- تتوخى الدول الأطراف تدابير عملية لتقاسم المعلومات عن الشركات التي تقدم خدمات عسكرية وأمنية خارج أراضيها ولمراقبة تقديم هذه الخدمات، بما لا يتعارض مع الضمانات التي تهدف إلى كفالة الاستخدام السليم للمعلومات دون إعاقة تنفيذها القانوني بأي شكل من الأشكال.

2. States parties shall consider implementing feasible measures to detect and monitor the movement of cash and relevant negotiable instruments across their borders, subject to safeguards to ensure the proper use of information and without impeding in any way the movement of legitimate capital.
2 - يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تنظر في تنفيذ تدابير مجدية لكشف ورصد حركة النقد والصكوك القابلة للتداول ذات الصلة عبر حدودها، رهنا بوجود ضمانات تكفل حسن استخدام المعلومات ودون إعاقة حركة رأس المال المشروع بأي صورة من الصور.

Parties are required, under article 7, paragraph 2, of the Convention to consider the implementation of feasible measures to detect and monitor the movement of cash and appropriate negotiable instruments across their borders, subject to safeguards to ensure proper use of information and without impeding the movement of legitimate capital.
