1. The following categories, in particular, of property of a State shall not be considered as property specifically in use or intended for use by the State for other than government non-commercial purposes under article 19, subparagraph (c):
1 - لا تعتبر الفئات التالية، بصفة خاصة، من ممتلكات دولة ما ممتلكات مسـتخدمة أو مزمعا استخدامها بالتحديد من جانب الدولة في غير الأغراض الحكومية غير التجارية بموجب الفقرة الفرعية (ج) من المادة 19:

For its part, article 19 listed the categories of property of a State which should not be considered as property specifically in use or intended for use by the State for other than government non-commercial purposes.
أما فيما يتعلق بالمادة 19، فهي تعدد فئات ممتلكات الدولة التي لا تعتبر على أنها تستخدم بصورة خاصة أو تُخصص لتستخدم لأغراض غير تجارية خارج نطاق المصلحة العامة.
