12. At home, Germany had adopted two national action plans: the first, to implement the objectives agreed at the special session of the General Assembly on children, and the second, to protect children and young people from sexual violence and exploitation.

The Commission also adopted its resolution 53/10, entitled " Measures to protect children and young people from drug abuse " , in which it invited States that had not yet done so to develop, implement and evaluate evidence-based plans and strategies aimed at reinforcing the prevention of drug abuse at all levels of school education and to consider incorporating such initiatives into public-health and educational programmes.
واعتمدت اللجنة أيضا قرارها 53/10 بعنوان " التدابير الرامية إلى حماية الأطفال والشباب من تعاطي المخدرات " ، الذي دعت فيه الدول التي لم تضع وتنفّذ وتقيِّم بعد خططاً واستراتيجيات ملائمة ومعزّزة بالأدلة تهدف إلى تعزيز الوقاية من تعاطي المخدرات في جميع مستويات التعليم، أن تفعل ذلك وأن تنظر في إدراج تلك المبادرات في برامج الصحة العامة والبرامج التعليمية.
