In the same resolution the Council requested the Special Rapporteur to submit an annual report to the Council on the activities of the mandate and proposed measures and recommendations to combat and eradicate modern forms of slavery and slavery-like practices and to protect the human rights of victims of modern slavery.

The Working Group encourages States and sporting organizations to use sports, in particular football, to promote respect for diversity and tolerance and to promote and protect the human rights of victims of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, in particular of migrants and persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities, as well as to use sports as an integration tool.

62. In its resolution 15/2, the Human Rights Council requested the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of slavery, including its causes and consequences to submit annual reports on the activities of the mandate, together with recommendations on measures that should be taken to combat and eradicate contemporary forms of slavery and slavery-like practices and to protect the human rights of victims of such practices.
