١١ - يدعو الحكومات إلى تزويد اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات عن الممارسات والتشريعات الواعدة فيما يتعلق بالمسائل ذات الصلة بالضحايا، بهدف إنشاء قاعدة للبيانات ومركز لتبادل المعلومات لتوفير خدمة متواصلة للوكالات الحكومية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، وفقا لما اقترح في اجتماعي فريق الخبراء اﻵنفي الذكر؛

In that resolution, the Assembly invited Member States to provide the Secretary-General with information on the nature of links between terrorism and other forms of crime in order to increase synergies in the delivery of technical assistance.

In that regard, we invite Member States to provide the Secretary-General with information regarding measures and efforts to devote part of the resources made available by the implementation of disarmament and arms limitation agreements to economic and social development, with a view to reducing the ever-widening gap between developed and developing countries.

20. In paragraph 6 of its resolution 62/48, the General Assembly invited Member States to provide the Secretary-General with information regarding measures and efforts to devote part of the resources made available by the implementation of disarmament and arms limitation agreements to economic and social development.

10. Mr. Degia (Barbados), introducing the amendment to draft resolution A/C.3/62/L.29 contained in document A/C.3/62/L.79, said that it was unclear why Governments were being asked, under paragraph 2 (b), to provide the Secretary-General with information on the use of capital punishment.

Addendum 1. In its resolution 58/136 of 22 December 2003, the General Assembly invited Member States to provide the Secretary-General with information on the nature of links between terrorism and other forms of crime in order to increase synergy in the delivery of technical assistance.
1- دعت الجمعية العامة الدول الأعضاء، في قرارها 58/136 المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، إلى تزويد الأمين العام بمعلومات عن طبيعة الصلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة بغية زيادة التآزر في تقديم المساعدة التقنية.

In the resolution, the General Assembly calls upon all States to respect international standards that provide safeguards guaranteeing protection of the rights of those facing the death penalty, and requests States to provide the Secretary-General with information in that regard.
وفي هذا القرار، تهيب الجمعية العامة بجميع الدول أن تحترم المعايير الدولية التي توفر ضمانات تكفل حماية حقوق الأشخاص الذين يواجهون عقوبة الإعدام، وتطلب إلى الدول أن تزود الأمين العام بمعلومات في هذا الشأن.

The United Nations has adopted fundamental measures in this area, such as the 1992 United Nations Register of Conventional Arms and also the request to Member States to provide the Secretary-General with information on their military expenditures.
