١١ - يرحب باستمرار مبادرة برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي إلى اﻹبقاء على الاتصال الوثيق فيما بين الوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات اﻷخرى في منظومة الأمم المتحدة، وفي تقديم المساعدات إلى شعوب اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي؛
