ودعت الجمعية إلى تنفيذ الالتزامات والبرامج والأهداف المحددة زمنيا التي تم اعتمادها في مؤتمر القمة العالمي، وإلى توفير وسائل التنفيذ اللازمة لذلك.

The Assembly also called upon all concerned to implement all commitments, agreements and recommendations reached at the Conference, especially by ensuring provision of the means of implementation under section IV of Agenda 21.
وطلبت الجمعية إلى جميع الجهات المعنية تنفيذ كافة الالتزامات والاتفاقات والتوصيات التي تم التوصل إليها في المؤتمر، وذلك خاصة عن طريق ضمان توفير وسائل التنفيذ بموجب الفرع الرابع من جدول أعمال القرن ٢١.

Calls upon Governments, as well as the organs, organizations and bodies of the United Nations system and other intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations to implement all commitments reached and recommendations made at the Conference and to take the action necessary for effective follow-up to the Programme of Action, including ensuring the provision of the means of implementation under chapter XV thereof;
٤ - تطلب إلى الحكومات وإلى أجهزة ومؤسسات وهيئات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية أن تنفذ جميع الالتزامات التي تم التوصل إليها والتوصيـات التـي وضعت فـي المؤتمـر وأن تتخذ الاجراءات اللازمة لمتابعة برنامج العمل متابعة فعالة، بما في ذلك ضمان توفير وسائل التنفيذ بموجب الفصل الخامس عشر منه؛

" ٦ - تطلب إلى الحكومات، وكذلك إلى أجهزة منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومؤسساتها وهيئاتها وإلى المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية اﻷخرى، أن تواصل تنفيذ جميع الالتزامات التي تم التوصل إليها والتوصيات التي وضعت في المؤتمر تنفيذا تاما، وأن تتخذ الاجراءات اللازمة من أجل المتابعة الفعالة لبرنامج العمل، بما في ذلك كفالة توفير وسائل التنفيذ بموجب الفصل الخامس عشر منه؛
