1. The UNV Headquarters Agreement shall be applicable, mutatis mutandis, to the CCD Secretariat in accordance with the provisions of the present agreement.
1- يطبق اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي الأمم المتحدة، مع إدخال ما يلزم من تعديلات عليه، على أمانة اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر وفقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

4. The account balance of the former Fund participant in the Provident Fund shall be credited with the full amount of the payment made by the Pension Fund to the Provident Fund under the provisions of the present agreement.
4 - يسدد رصيد حساب المشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى صندوق الادخار بالقيمة الكاملة للمبلغ الذي يدفعه صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية لصندوق الادخار طبقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

4. The former Fund participant shall be credited with contributory service in the Provident Scheme, as calculated in accordance with article 23 bis of the Provident Scheme Regulations, determined to be equal in value to the amount paid by the Pension Fund to the Provident Scheme under the provisions of the present agreement.
4 - تحتسب للمشترك السابق في الصندوق مدة خدمة مدفوع عنها اشتراكات في صندوق الادخار، تحسب وفقا للمادة 23 مكررا من النظام الأساسي لصندوق الادخار، وتحدد بحيث تكون الاشتراكات المدفوعة عنها معادلة لقيمة المبلغ الذي يدفعه صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية لصندوق الادخار طبقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

3. The United Nations and the International Tribunal each undertake to respect the status and mandate of the other and to establish cooperative working relations pursuant to the provisions of the present agreement.
٣ - تتعهد اﻷمم المتحدة والمحكمة الدولية بأن تحترم كل منهما مركز اﻷخرى وولايتها وبأن تنشئ علاقات عمل تعاونية عملا بأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

The United Nations and the Court agree that, with a view to facilitating the effective discharge of their respective responsibilities, they shall cooperate closely, whenever appropriate, with each other and consult each other on matters of mutual interest pursuant to the provisions of the present agreement and in conformity with the respective provisions of the Charter and the Statute.
تتفق الأمم المتحدة والمحكمة، رغبة منهما في تيسير الوفاء الفعلي بمسؤولياتهما، على التعاون على نحو وثيق فيما بينهما، حيثما اقتضى الأمر، وعلى التشاور بشأن المسائل ذات الاهتمام المتبادل، تقيدا بأحكام هذا الاتفاق وطبقا لأحكام كل من الميثاق والنظام الأساسي.

23. The international verification carried out by the mission shall be carried out within the framework of the provisions of the present agreement.
٢٣ - سيجري التحقق الدولي الذي ستضطلع به البعثة في اطار أحكام هذا الاتفاق.

1. A former Fund participant who has not received a benefit under the Regulations of the Pension Fund may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon entering the service of the Eurocontrol Organization within six months after participation in the Pension Fund has ceased by electing within a further period of six months to transfer the accrued entitlements from the Pension Fund to the Pension Plan.
1 - يجوز للمشترِك السابق في الصندوق، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب النظام الأساسي لصندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عند الالتحاق بالخدمة في المنظمة، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الاشتراك في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، بأن يختار في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى نقل الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى خطة المعاشات التقاعدية.

A former Provident Fund participant may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Pension Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of OSCE by electing within a further period of six months to transfer all the accrued entitlements in the Provident Fund to the Pension Fund.
1 - يجوز للمشترِك السابق في صندوق الادخار أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يلتحق بالخدمة في أي منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية ويصبح مشترِكا في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الخدمة لدى المنظمة، وعندما يختار، في غضون تلك الفترة، نقل جميع الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من صندوق الادخار إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

A former Fund participant who has not received a benefit under the Regulations of the Pension Fund may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon entering the service of the International Bureau of UPU within six months after participation in the Pension Fund has ceased, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer all the accrued entitlements in the Pension Fund to the Provident Scheme.

A former Provident Fund participant may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Pension Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of OSCE, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer all the accrued entitlements in the Provident Fund to the Pension Fund.
1 - يجوز للمشترِك السابق في صندوق الادخار أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يلتحق بالخدمة في أي منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية ويصبح مشترِكا في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الخدمة لدى المنظمة، وعندما يختار، في غضون تلك الفترة، نقل جميع الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من صندوق الادخار إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

2.1 A former Pension Fund participant who has not received a benefit under the Regulations of the Pension Fund may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon becoming affiliated with the EUMETSAT Scheme within six months after participation in the Pension Fund has ceased, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer the accrued entitlements from the Pension Fund to the EUMETSAT Scheme.
2-1 يجوز للمشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب النظام الأساسي لصندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عند الانضمام إلى خطة المنظمة الأوروبية في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الاشتراك في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، بأن يختار في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى نقل الاستحقاقات المتراكمة له من صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى خطة المنظمة الأوروبية.

2.1 A former Fund participant who has not received a benefit under the Regulations of the Pension Fund may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon becoming affiliated with the SatCen Scheme within six months after participation in the Pension Fund has ceased, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer the accrued entitlements from the Pension Fund to the SatCen Scheme.
2-1 يجوز للمشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب النظام الأساسي لصندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عند الانضمام إلى خطة المركز في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الاشتراك في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، بأن يختار في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى نقل الاستحقاقات المتراكمة له من صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى خطة المركز.

2.1 A former Fund participant who has not received a benefit under the Regulations of the Pension Fund may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon becoming affiliated to the ISS Scheme within six months after participation in the Pension Fund has ceased, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer the accrued entitlements from the Pension Fund to the ISS Scheme.
2-1 يجوز للمشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب النظام الأساسي لصندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عند الانضمام إلى خطة المعهد في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الاشتراك في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، بأن يختار في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى نقل الاستحقاقات المتراكمة له من صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى خطة المعهد.

3.1 A former official of ISS who has not received a benefit under the ISS Scheme may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of ISS, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer the accrued entitlements from the ISS Scheme to the Pension Fund.
3-1 يجوز للموظف السابق في المعهد، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب خطة المعهد، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عند بدءِ الخدمة في منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية والاشتراكِ في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الخدمة لدى المعهد، بأن يختار في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى نقل الاستحقاقات المتراكمة له من خطة المعهد إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

The provisions of the present agreement shall not give rise to rights or entitlements of any kind for any person under the Fund's Regulations or Administrative Rules, nor are the provisions of this Agreement incorporated in any way in the Fund's Regulations or Administrative Rules.
وأحكام هذا الاتفاق لا تنشئ حقوقا أو استحقاقات من أي نوع ﻷي شخص طبقا للنظامين اﻷساسي واﻹداري للصندوق، كما أن أحكام هذا الاتفاق لا تندرج بأي حال في النظامين اﻷساسي واﻹداري للصندوق.

5. The arbitral tribunal, which shall decide by a majority of votes, shall reach a decision on the difference on the basis of the provisions of the present agreement and the applicable rules of international law.
5 - تبت محكمة التحكيم، التي تتخذ قراراتها بأغلبية الأصوات، في الخلاف على أساس أحكام هذا الاتفاق وقواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة.
