3. The Council of Members shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, adopt:

In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and Part XI, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

It must be stressed that there is no equivocation or ambiguity in the general provisions of this Agreement.

No reservations may be made with respect to any of the provisions of this Agreement.
لا يجوز إبداء أي تحفظ بخصوص أي من أحكام هذا الاتفاق.

The provisions of this Agreement may, in certain cases, apply to the financing of terrorist acts.
ويمكن في أحوال معينة أن تنطبق أحكام هذا الاتفاق على تمويل العمليات الإرهابية.

Inscribe nationally appropriate mitigation actions and/or commitments into national schedules subject to the measurement, reporting and verification provisions of this Agreement.
(ج) تسجيل إجراءات و/أو التزامات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً في جداول وطنية تخضع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق المتعلقة بالقياس والإبلاغ والتحقق.

Insofar as any provision of this Agreement relates to the same subject matter, the two provisions shall, wherever possible, be treated as complementary, so that both provisions shall be applicable and neither shall narrow the effect of the other; but in any case of conflict, the provisions of this Agreement prevail.
فإذا كان أحد أحكام هذا الاتفاق يتناول نفس الموضوع، يُعتبر الحكمان متكاملان، كلما أمكن ذلك، حتى يكون كلاهما ساري المفعول ولا يحد أحدهما من أثر الآخر؛ غير أنه، في حال تضاربهما، تكون الغلبة لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

4. The account balance of the former Fund participant in the Provident Fund shall be credited with the full amount of the payment made by the Pension Fund in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
4 - يسدد رصيد حساب المشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التعاقدية إلى صندوق الادخار بالقيمة الكاملة للمبلغ الذي يدفعه صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية طبقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

(1) The Commission shall oversee the management of the border in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
(1) تشرف اللجنة على إدارة الحدود وفقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

2.1 A former Fund participant who has not received a benefit under its Regulations may, upon becoming a Plan participant within six months after participation in the Fund has ceased, elect to be covered by the provisions of this Agreement, by notice in writing to that effect sent to the Secretary of the Plan within a further period of six months.
2-1 يجوز للمشترِك السابق في الصندوق، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب النظام الأساسي لصندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يصبح مشتركا في الخطة، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الاشتراك في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، بأن يوجه إشعارا خطيا بذلك إلى أمين الخطة في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى.

3.1 A former Plan participant who has not received a benefit under its Regulations may, upon becoming a Fund participant within six months after participation in the Plan has ceased, elect to be covered by the provisions of this Agreement, by notice in writing to that effect sent to the Chief Executive Officer of the Fund within a further period of six months.
3-1 للمشترك السابق في الخطة، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب النظام الأساسي لخطة المعاشات التقاعدية، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يصبح مشتركا في الصندوق في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الاشتراك في خطة المعاشات التقاعدية، بأن يوجه إشعارا خطيا بذلك إلى كبير الموظفين التنفيذيين في الصندوق في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and Part XI, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
وفي حال وجود أي تعارض بين هذا الاتفاق والجزء الحادي عشر تكون العبرة بأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

Third parties dealing with the Council shall be deemed to have notice of the provisions of this Agreement regarding the powers of the Council and the obligations of the Members, in particular, paragraph 2 of article 7 and the first sentence of this article.
ويفترض في الأطراف الثالثة التي تتعامل مع المجلس العلم بأحكام هذا الاتفاق فيما يتعلق بسلطات المجلس والتزامات الأعضاء، وعلى وجه الخصوص بالفقرة 2 من المادة 7 والجملة الأولى من هذه المادة.
