144. The provisions of this Law are outlined in the following section concerning the legal framework for the promotion of human rights.
144- ترد الخطوط الرئيسية لأحكام هذا القانون في الفرع التالي المتعلق بالإطار القانوني لتعزيز حقوق الإنسان

All employers, male and female, in both the public and private sectors, must comply with the provisions of this Law.
ويجب على جميع أرباب العمل، سواء كانوا من الإناث أو الذكور وفي القطاعين العام والخاص على السواء، الامتثال لأحكام هذا القانون.

The persons or managers and employees of the persons referred to in article 5 who, in good faith, have transmitted information or made any report in accordance with the provisions of this Law shall be exempt from any penalty for breach of professional secrecy.

151- ينبغي أن ينص القانون على أن توزيع العائدات الناشئة عن تصرّف قضائي أو عن عملية إنفاذ أخرى مُدارة رسميا يتعيّن أن يجري عملا بالقواعد العامة السارية في الدولة بشأن إجراءات التنفيذ، على أن يتم ذلك وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون المتعلقة بالأولوية.

" If the offence is committed by a legal person, the natural person responsible for the actual administration of such legal person shall be liable to the same penalties laid down for acts committed in violation of the provisions of this Law if it is proven that he was aware of the offence and the offence occurred because of his negligence of the duties of his office.
في الأحوال التي ترتكب فيها الجريمة بواسطة شخص اعتباري يُعاقب المسؤول عن الإدارة الفعلية للشخص الاعتباري المخالف بذات العقوبات المقررة عن الأفعال التي ترتكب بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون إذا ثبت علمه بها وكانت الجريمة قد وقعت بسبب إخلاله بواجبات وظيفته.

In addition, special agreements which violate the provisions of this Law and are not beneficial to tenants are regarded void.
وعلاوة على ذلك، تعتبر لاغية الاتفاقات الخاصة التي تنتهك أحكام هذا القانون ولا تكون في صالح المستأجرين.

The provisions of this Law provide a concrete legal basis for rectifying violations of women's rights and interests in land contracting.

Thus, the provisions of this Law governing security rights generally, as supplemented by the specific provisions of this Law on acquisition security rights, should apply equally to all acquisition security rights.
وبالتالي فإن أحكام القانون التي تحكم الحقوق الضمانية عموما، مكمَّلة بأحكام هذا القانون المحدَّدة المتعلقة بالحقوق الضمانية الاحتيازية، ينبغي أن تنطبق بالقدر ذاته على جميع الحقوق الضمانية الاحتيازية.

The provisions of this Law are in addition to and not in derogation of any other remedy which is available to a complainant.
