ويجب ألاّ تُستخدم الاختبارات الإجبارية على الإطلاق كوسيلة لمراقبة السلوك الشخصي ما لم تبررها مقتضيات الصحة العامة.

Staff members appointed under these rules who are incapacitated from the performance of their duties by illness or injury or whose attendance is prevented by public health requirements will be granted sick leave in accordance with the following provisions:
يمنح الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذه القواعد الذين لا يستطيعون القيام بواجباتهم بسبب المرض أو اﻹصابة أو الذين تمنعهم مقتضيات الصحة العامة من الحضور الى العمل إجازة مرضية وفقا لﻷحكام التالية:

Staff members appointed under these Rules who are unable to perform their duties by reason of illness or injury or whose attendance is prevented by public health requirements will be granted sick leave in accordance with the following provisions:
يُمنح الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام الذين لا يستطيعون القيام بواجباتهم بسبب المرض أو الإصابة أو الذين تمنعهم مقتضيات الصحة العامة من الحضور إلى العمل إجازة مرضية وفقا للأحكام التالية:
