Bearing in mind the unequivocal undertaking of the nuclear-weapon States to destroy their nuclear arsenals, the nuclear-weapon States have a responsibility to report on actions they have taken to comply with the obligation to hold negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to nuclear disarmament, pursuant to article VI of the Treaty and the nuclear disarmament measures agreed in 2000 and 2010.
