For almost 20 years, the international financial institutions and creditor Governments were engaged in the selfdeceptive and destructive game of managing third world economies from afar and forcing unpopular economic policies down the throats of powerless third world countries in the belief that the bitter medicine of macroeconomic adjustment would ultimately put these countries on a path to prosperity and a debtfree existence.
1- طوال 20 سنة تقريباً، كانت المؤسسات المالية الدولية والحكومات الدائنة مشغولة بلعبة مدمرة ضللت بها أنفسها وهي لعبة تدبير اقتصاد بلدان العالم الثالث عن بعد، وفرضها سياسات اقتصادية غير شعبية خرقاء على بلدان العالم الثالث الضعيفة، معتقدة بأن دواء تكييف الاقتصاد الكلي المر سيجعل تلك البلدان تسلك طريق الازدهار وستحررها من الديون في نهاية المطاف.
