28. Having examined the particulars submitted by the applicant, summarized in sections III to VII above, the Commission is satisfied that the application has been duly submitted in accordance with the Regulations and that the applicant is a qualified applicant within the meaning of annex III, article 4, of the Convention.
٢٨ - بعد أن درست اللجنةُ المعلومات المقدمة من صاحب الطلب، والموجزة في الفروع من ثالثا إلى سابعا أعلاه، أعربت عن الاقتناع بأن الطلبَ قُدّم مستوفيا على النحو الواجب الشروط المنصوص عليها في النظام، وإلى أن مقدمه يملك المؤهلات اللازمة بالمعنى الوارد في المادة 4 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية.

24 - أجرت اللجنة القانونية والتقنية دراسةً للتفاصيل التي أحالها إليها مقدّمُ الطلب، وهي ترد على سبيل الإيجاز في الفروع من الثالث إلى السابع أعلاه. واطمأنت اللجنةُ إلى أن الطلبَ قُدّم مستوفيا على النحو الواجب الشروط المنصوص عليها في النظام، وإلى أن مقدمه يملك المؤهلات اللازمة بالمعنى الوارد في المادة 4 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية.
