٣-٤ ويدعي مقدم البلاغ باﻹضافة إلى ذلك أنه تعرض لمعاملة تمييزية من جانب الشرطة بسبب أصله العرقي والوطني.

Foreign citizens in Azerbaijan shall be equal before the law irrespective of their origin, social and property status, racial and national extraction, sex, education, language, attitude to religion, type and nature of occupation or other circumstances (art. 3).
فاﻷجانب في أذربيجان متساوون أمام القانون بغض النظر عن اﻷصل، أو الوضع الاجتماعي أو حالة الملكية أو الانتماء العرقي أو القومي أو الجنس أو التعليم أو اللغة أو الموقف إزاء الدين أو نوع أو طبيعة المهنة أو أية أحوال أخرى )المادة ٣(.

Article 2 of this Act prohibits any direct or indirect restriction of the electoral rights of citizens of the Azerbaijani Republic according to origin, social and property status, racial and national extraction, sex, education, language, attitude to religion, length of residence in a particular locality, or type and nature of occupation.
فالمادة ٢ من هذا القانون تحظر أي تقييد مباشر أو غير مباشر للحقوق الانتخابية للمواطنين في جمهورية أذربيجان على أساس اﻷصل أو المركز الاجتماعي أو حالة الملكية أو الانتماء العنصري أو القومي أو الجنس أو التعليم أو اللغة أو الموقف تجاه الدين، أو طول مدة الاقامة في منطقة معينة، أو نوع وطبيعة المهنة.

(1) The persons who at the moment of enactment of this Law reside in Ukraine, irrespective of their origin, social and property status, racial and national belonging, sex, education, language, political views, religious confession, sort and nature of activities, if they are not citizens of other States and if they do not decline to acquire the citizenship of Ukraine;

٣-٤ ويدعي صاحب البلاغ باﻹضافة إلى ذلك أنه تعرض لمعاملة تمييزية من جانب الشرطة بسبب أصله العرقي والوطني.

It is unlawful to restrict the rights of citizens of Azerbaijan to participate in elections of the President of Azerbaijan according to origin, social and property status, racial and national extraction, sex, education, language, attitude to religion, political and other views, or type and nature of occupation (art. 2).
ومما يخالف القانون تقييد حقوق مواطني أذربيجان في الاشتراك في انتخابات رئيس جمهورية أذربيجان على أساس اﻷصل أو المركز الاجتماعي أو حالة الملكية أو الانتماء العرقي أو القومي أو الجنس أو التعليم أو اللغة أو الموقف تجاه الدين أو اﻵراء السياسية أو غيرها أو نوع وطبيعة المهنة )المادة ٢(.

In 2006, the Educational and Psychological Counselling Institute offered teachers a seminar entitled " Extremism as an education risk - prevention and help " , and as part of its summer school the Teaching Faculty of Palacký University in Olomouc prepared a seminar on educating students in citizenship within school curricula, focusing on the combating of racial and national intolerance.
وفي عام 2006، قدم معهد المشورة التربوية والنفسية للمعلمين حلقة دراسية بعنوان " التطرف باعتباره خطراً على التعليم - الوقاية والمساعدة " ، كما أعدت كلية التعليم التابعة لجامعة بالاكي في أولوموك، في إطار برنامجها التدريسي الصيفي، حلقة دراسية عن تثقيف الطلبة في مجال المواطنة ضمن المنهج الدراسي، مع التركيز على مكافحة التعصب العرقي والقومي.
