487. On 27 November 1996, the Special Rapporteur sent an urgent appeal on behalf of Radhia Aouididi, who was reportedly arrested by the police at the Tunis-Carthage airport while attempting to board a plane with a forged passport and is said to be held incommunicado.
٧٨٤- وفي ٧٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٦٩٩١، أرسل المقرر الخاص نداءً عاجلاً لصالح رضية عويديدي، التي قيل إن الشرطة قد ألقت القبض عليها في مطار تونس قرطاج بينما كانت تستعد ﻷخذ رحلة بجواز سفر مزور وإنها قد احتُجزت في إطار من السرية.

The treatment was intended to oblige him to implicate some human rights lawyers, including Radhia Nasroui, Anouar Kousri and Ayachi Hammami.
ويُقال إن الغرض من هذه المعاملة كان إكراهه على توريط بعض المحامين المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان ومنهم راضية نصراوي وأنور كسوري وعياشي الحمامي.

280. The Permanent Mission also indicated that Radhia Nasraoui had been prevented from travelling as a result of a decision issued by the Dean of the examining magistrates, dated 31 March 1998.

110. Concerning the case of Ms. Radhia Aouididi, the Government responded that she had been arrested on 9 November 1996 at TunisCarthage international airport while preparing to board a plane for Germany.

15. On 13 August 1999 the Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers sent an urgent appeal to the Government of Tunisia concerning the situation of Ms. Radhia Nasraoui.

The Chairman of the Committee then informed the Committee that Ms. Radhia Achouri (Tunisia) would act as coordinator for the informal consultations on this item.

With regard to the letter from the lawyer Radhia Nasraoui, the State party notes that removal to Tunisia does not necessarily entail any risks for the author.
وفيما يتعلق بالرسالة الواردة من المحامية راضية نصراوي(11)، تلاحظ الدولة الطرف أن الإبعاد إلى تونس لا ينطوي بالضرورة على أي مخاطر بالنسبة لصاحب البلاغ(12).

In an urgent appeal dated 30 July 1998, the Special Rapporteur communicated her concern to the Government in regard to the case of Ms. Radhia Nasraoui, a human rights lawyer, and her family who have reportedly been subjected to a pattern of harassment by the security forces on account of her human rights work.

On 1 August 1997, the Special Rapporteur sent an urgent appeal to the Government of Tunisia regarding lawyer Radhia Nasraoui who had reportedly been intimidated and harassed on the night of 29 April 1997 for reasons relating to her work in defence of victims of torture and other human rights violations.

112. By letter dated 19 February 1999, the Government responded to the urgent appeal sent by the Special Rapporteur on 30 July 1998 concerning Ms. Radhia Nasroui (see E/CN.4/1999/Add.1, para. 42).
112- وفي رسالة مؤرخة في 19 شباط/فبراير 1999، ردت الحكومة على النداء العاجل الموجه من المقررة الخاصة في 30 تموز/يوليه 1998 بشأن السيدة راضية نصراوي (انظر الفقرة 42 من الوثيقة E/CN.4/1999/68/Add.1).

The Government indicated that Ms. Ousseima Nasroui (Radhia Nasroui's daughter) was not being pursued or harassed by the police or a judicial authority.
أوضحت الحكومة أن السيدة أسيمة نصراوي (ابنة راضية نصراوي) لا تتعرض للملاحقة أو المضايقة من جانب الشرطة أو أي سلطة قضائية.

7. By letter dated 2 May 2000, the Tunisian Government informed the High Commissioner that Ms. Radhia Nasraoui had, with other persons, been involved in the offences of maintaining an illegal association, defamation of public order, distribution of tracts liable to disrupt public order, publication of false information and holding of illegal meetings.
7- في رسالة مؤرخة 2 أيار/مايو 2000، أبلغت الحكومة التونسية المفوضة السامية بأن السيدة راضية نصراوي كانت متورطة، مع أشخاص آخرين، في قضية تتعلق بإنشاء رابطة غير قانونية، والتشهير بالنظام العام، وتوزيع منشورات ذات طابع يخل بالنظام العام، وترويج أخبار كاذبة، وعقد اجتماعات غير قانونية.
