Thus article 1 of the Constitutional Amparo, Habeas Corpus and Constitutionality Act (Constituent Assembly Decree No. 1-86) defines the purpose of the Act as the development of the guarantees and safeguards of the constitutional order and of the rights inherent in the person guaranteed by the Constitution, the laws and the international conventions ratified by Guatemala.
٩٧٤- ولذا، فإن المادة ١ من قانون اﻷمبارو الدستوري، وأمر اﻹحضار أمام المحكمة والمحكمة الدستورية )مرسوم المجلس التشريعي رقم )١-٦٨( يحدد الغرض من القانون بأنه وضع الضمانات وإجراءات الحماية للنظام الدستوري والحقوق الكامنة في الشخص التي يكفلها الدستور، والقوانين والمعاهدات الدولية التي صدقت عليها غواتيمالا.
