٥ - يسلم بأهميــة برنامج مركﱠز، وفعﱠال ومنظور لتعبئة الموارد ويؤكد من جديد مقرريه ٩٨/١ و ٩٤/١٤ ويؤيد الجهود المتواصلة المبذولة لتحسين تأثير الدعوة والصورة المؤسسية لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي من خلال تعزيز استراتيجيته في مجال الاتصال واﻹعلام، مع التأكيد بصورة خاصة على استراتيجيات فعالة من حيث التكلفة، وشديدة التأثير وعلى رسالات مسددة اﻷهداف؛
