1- يجوز للطرف المعني، في غضون عشرة أسابيع من تلقي الإخطار بموجب الفقرة 4 من القسم سابعا، أن يقدم بياناً كتابياً لفرع الإنفاذ، يدحض فيه المعلومات المقدمة إلى الفرع.

If so requested in writing by the Party concerned within ten weeks from the date of receipt of the notification under section VII, paragraph 4, the enforcement branch shall hold a hearing at which the Party concerned shall have the opportunity to present its views.
2- يعقد فرع الإنفاذ جلسة استماع، بناء على طلب يقدمه الطرف المعني كتابياً في غضون عشرة أسابيع من تلقي الإخطار بموجب الفقرة 4 من القسم سابعا، تتاح فيها للطرف المعني الفرصة لعرض آرائه.

The Party concerned may make a further written submission within four weeks from the date of receipt of the notification referred to in section IX, paragraph 6;
