(b) Recommended to the General Conference the approval on the basis of an exchange rate of US$ 1 = AS 12.90 of appropriations in the amount of $167,735,800 for the regular budget of the Organization in 2000-2001 as reflected in the table below;
)ب( أوصى المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على اعتمادات قدرها ٠٠٨ ٥٣٧ ٧٦١ دولار للميزانية العادية للمنظمة في الفترة ٠٠٠٢-١٠٠٢ ، على أساس سعر صرف قدره ٠٩ر٢١ شلنا نمساويا للدولار الواحد ، كما هو مبين في الجدول التالي :

(b) Recommended to the General Conference the simultaneous creation of a special account for certain activities under Buildings Management Services and a special account for the Regular Programme of Technical Cooperation that would not be subject to financial regulations 4.2(b) and 4.2(c), it being understood that the Secretariat would strive to utilize to the fullest extent possible the funds budgeted for each biennium;
(ب) أوصى المؤتمر العام بأن ينشئ في آن معا حسابا خاصا لأنشطة معينة في اطار دائرة ادارة المباني وحسابا خاصا للبرنامج العادي للتعاون التقني، لا يخضعان لأحكام البندين 4-2 (ب) و4-2 (ج) من النظام المالي، على أن تعمل الأمانة جاهدة على استغلال الأموال المرصودة في الميزانية لكل فترة سنتين على أتم وجه ممكن؛

(b) Recommended to the General Conference the approval of estimates of regular budget gross expenditures of Euro161,819,688 to be financed from assessed contributions in the amount of Euro156,609,188 and other income of Euro5,210,500;
(ب) أوصى المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على تقديرات النفقات الإجمالية للميزانية العادية البالغ مجموعها 688 819 161 يورو والمزمع تمويلها من الاشتراكات المقرَّرة بمقدار 188 609 156 يورو ومن الإيرادات الأخرى بمقدار 500 210 5 يورو؛

(d) Further Recommended to the General Conference the approval of estimates of net expenditure totalling $27,490,200 at an exchange rate of US$ 1 = AS 12.90 for the purpose of the operational budget for the biennium 1998-1999 to be financed from voluntary contributions and such other income as might be provided for in the financial regulations;
)د( أوصى المؤتمر العام كذلك بالموافقة على تقديرات لصافي النفقات مجموعها ٠٠٢ ٠٩٤ ٧٢ دولار ، على أساس سعر صرف قدره ٠٩ر٢١ شلنا نمساويا للدولار الواحد ، ﻷغراض الميزانية التشغيليـة لفترة السنتـين ٨٩٩١ - ٩٩٩١ ، على أن تمول من التبرعات وأي ايرادات أخرى ينص عليها النظام المالي .

(b) Recommended to the General Conference the approval of estimates of regular budget gross expenditures of Euro147,251,013 to be financed from assessed contributions in the amount of Euro143,743,513 and other income of Euro3,507,500;
