(b) Recommends to the General Conference adoption of the following draft decision:

" (ii) Recommends to the General Conference the approval of estimates of gross expenditures of Euro137,922,300 to be financed from assessed contributions in the amount of Euro133,689,800 and other income of Euro4,232,500;
`2` يوصي المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على تقديرات للنفقات الاجمالية قدرها 300 922 137يورو، تموّل من الاشتراكات بمبلـغ قدره 800 689 133 يورو* ومن ايرادات أخرى بمبلغ قدره 500 232 4 يورو؛

(d) Recommends to the General Conference to consider positively the restoration of voting rights of Costa Rica in accordance with Article 5.2 of the Constitution. "
(د) يوصي المؤتمر العام بالنظر بعين الإيجاب في إعادة حقوق التصويت إلى كوستاريكا وفقا للمادة 5-2 من الدستور. "

“(b) Recommends to the General Conference at its eighth session the adoption of a single-currency system of assessment based on the euro, for the fiscal period 2002-2003 and in future bienniums;
" )ب( يوصي المؤتمر العام في دورته الثامنة باعتماد نظام أحادي العملة لتقرير الاشتراكات يقوم على اليورو ، للسنة المالية ٢٠٠٢ - ٣٠٠٢ وفترات السنتين اللاحقة ؛

“(a) Recommends to the General Conference that the level of the Working Capital Fund and the authorized purposes of the Fund for the 2000-2001 biennium remain the same as for the 1998-1999 biennium;
" )أ( يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يظل مستوى صندوق رأس المال المتداول واﻷغراض المأذون باستخدام الصندوق لها لفترة السنتين ٠٠٠٢-١٠٠٢ على ما كانت عليه في فترة السنتين ٨٩٩١-٩٩٩١ ؛

“(a) Recommends to the General Conference the establishment of a scale of assessment for the fiscal period 2000-2001 based on the General Assembly resolution 52/215, adjusted to the membership of UNIDO on the understanding that new Members shall be assessed for the year in which they become Members on the basis of the United Nations scale of assessments, as applicable to UNIDO;
" )أ( يوصي المؤتمر العام بوضع جدول أنصبة للفترة المالية ٠٠٠٢-١٠٠٢ يستند الى ما جاء في قرار الجمعية العامة ٢٥/٥١٢ ، على أن يعدل حسب عضوية اليونيدو ، وعلى أن يكون مفهوما أن اﻷعضاء الجدد سوف تقدر أنصبتها عن السنة التي تصبح فيها أعضاء ، وعلى أساس جدول أنصبة اﻷمم المتحدة ، بالشكل المطبق على اليونيدو ؛

" (b) Recommends to the General Conference that the level of the Working Capital Fund and the authorized purposes of the Fund for the 2004-2005 biennium remain the same as for the 2002-2003 biennium (Euro7,423,030);
" (ب) يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يظل مستوى صندوق رأس المال المتداول والأغراض المأذون باستخدام الصنــدوق لأجلهــا لفتــرة السنتيــن 2004-2005 على مــــا كــان عليــــه فـي فتــرة السنتيـــن 2002-2003 (030 423 7 يورو)؛

" (d) Recommends to the General Conference the following candidates for the election of two members and two alternate members of the UNIDO Staff Pension Committee for the biennium 2004-2005:
" (د) يوصي المؤتمر العام بالمرشحين التالين لانتخاب عضوين وعضوين مناوبين في لجنة المعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اليونيدو لفترة السنتين 2004-2005:

(b) Recommends to the General Conference that the level of the Working Capital Fund and the authorized purposes of the Fund for the 2004-2005 biennium remain the same as for the 2002-2003 biennium;
(ب) يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يظل مستوى صندوق رأس المال المتداول والأغراض المأذون باستخدام الصندوق لها لفترة السنتين 2004-2005 على ما كانت عليه في فترة السنتين 2002-2003؛

" (د) يوصي المؤتمر العام بالمرشحين التالية أسماؤهم ليَنتخب عضوين وعضوين مناوبين في لجنة المعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اليونيدو لفترة السنتين ۲۰۰9-۲۰۰8

" (b) Recommends to the General Conference the adoption of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards by UNIDO, as part of the United Nations system-wide adoption of those Standards by 1 January 2010;
" (ب) يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن تعتمد اليونيدو المعايير المحاسبية الدولية للقطاع العام، في إطار اعتماد هذه المعايير على نطاق منظومة الأمم المتحدة بحلول 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2010؛

" (d) Recommends to the General Conference the following candidates for the election of two members and two alternate members of the UNIDO Staff Pension Committee for the biennium 2006-2007:
" (د) يوصي المؤتمر العام بالمرشحين التالين لانتخاب عضوين وعضوين مناوبين في لجنة المعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اليونيدو لفترة السنتين 2006-2007:

(f) Recommends to the General Conference at its fifteenth session the following candidates for the election of two members and two alternate members of the UNIDO Staff Pension Committee for the biennium 2014-2015:
(و) يوصي المؤتمر العام في دورته الخامسة عشرة بالمرشحين التالية أسماؤهم لانتخابهم عضوين وعضوين مناوبين في لجنة المعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اليونيدو لفترة السنتين 2014-2015:

" (d) Recommends to the General Conference at its fourteenth session the following candidates for the election of two members and two alternate members of the UNIDO Staff Pension Committee for the biennium 2012-2013
" (د) يوصي المؤتمر العام في دورته الرابعة عشرة بالمرشحين التالية أسماؤهم ليَنتخبهم عضوين وعضوين مناوبين في لجنة المعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اليونيدو لفترة السنتين 2012-2013

" (ب) يوصي المؤتمرَ العام بوضع جدول أنصبة مقرَّرة للفترة المالية 2012-2013، يستند إلى قرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 64/248، معدَّلاً وفقا للعضوية في اليونيدو، على أن يكون مفهوما أنَّ الأعضاء الجدد سوف تُقدَّر أنصبتهم عن السنة التي يصبحون فيها أعضاء على أساس جدول الأنصبة المقرَّرة في الأمم المتحدة، بحسب انطباقه على اليونيدو؛
