The Force cooperated closely on such matters with the Lebanese authorities, the Coordinator of the United Nations Programme of Assistance for the reconstruction and development of Lebanon, the United Nations Development Programme and other United Nations agencies and programmes operating in Lebanon, as well as the International Committee of the Red Cross and other non-governmental organizations.

Following the restructuring of the Secretariat, the Office of the Coordinator of Assistance for the reconstruction and development of Lebanon (UNARDOL) was integrated into the Department of Humanitarian Affairs.
