Pursuant to Economic and Social Council decision 2011/259, the Commission will hold its reconvened twenty-third session back to back with the reconvened fifty-seventh session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, on 4 and 5 December 2014.
وعملا بمقرَّر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2011/259، ستَعقد اللجنةُ دورتها الثالثة والعشرين المستأنفة عقب الدورة السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة للجنة المخدِّرات يومي 4 و5 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2014.

The dates of 4 and 5 December 2014 were proposed for the reconvened fifty-seventh session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, as recommended by the extended Bureau at its meeting on 11 December 2013.
واقتُرح عقد دورة لجنة المخدِّرات السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة يومي 4 و5 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2014، بناءً على توصية من المكتب الموسَّع خلال اجتماعه في 11 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2013.

At its reconvened fifty-seventh session, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs adopted resolution 57/12, entitled " Implementation of the budget for the biennium 2014-2015 for the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme " , in which it approved the projected resources for that biennium for the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme.
واعتمدت لجنة المخدِّرات في دورتها السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة القرار 57/12 المعنون " تنفيذ ميزانية صندوق برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدِّرات لفترة السنتين 2014-2015 " ، الذي أقرَّت فيه الموارد المتوقعة لصندوق برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدِّرات لتلك الفترة.

Thus far it had created a website to act as an information hub and held web-casted intersessional meetings for all interested stakeholders, and it would be holding a segment on the special session at its reconvened fifty-seventh session in December 2014.
وحتى الآن أنشأت اللجنة موقعا على شبكة الإنترنت كي يكون بمثابة مركز للمعلومات، وعقدت اجتماعات فيما بين الدورات نُقلت على تلك الشبكة لصالح جميع الجهات المعنية، وستعقد جزءا عن الدورة الاستثنائية في دورتها السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة خلال كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2014.

76. Additional intersessional meetings will be held in the third quarter of the year, with a view to preparing a one-day special segment on the special session of the Assembly, during the reconvened fifty-seventh session of the Commission, on 3 December 2014, as well as a special segment on the special session during the fifty-eighth session of the Commission, in March 2015, pursuant to Commission resolution 57/5.
٧٦- وسوف تُعقد بعض من اجتماعات ما بين الدورات في الربع الثالث من هذا العام بغية إعداد جزء استثنائي عن الدورة الاستثنائية للجمعية العامة يعقد لمدة يوم واحد خلال الدورة السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة للجنة في 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2014، وكذلك جزء استثنائي عن الدورة الاستثنائية يعقد خلال الدورة الثامنة والخمسين للجنة في آذار/مارس 2015، وذلك عملا بقرار اللجنة 57/5.

Following the informal meetings of the standing open-ended intergovernmental working group on improving the governance and financial situation of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the co-chairs submitted the present statement for the consideration of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its reconvened fifty-seventh session and the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its reconvened twenty-third session.
1- في أعقاب الاجتماعات غير الرسمية للفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي الدائم المفتوح العضوية المعني بتحسين حوكمة مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة ووضعه المالي، قدَّم رئيسا الفريق هذا البيان لتنظر فيه لجنة المخدِّرات في دورتها السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة ولجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الثالثة والعشرين المستأنفة.

Pursuant to paragraph 7 of its resolution 57/5, the Commission initiated a series of intersessional meetings, starting on 10 June 2014, with a view to preparing the open-ended special segments on preparations for the special session of the General Assembly, to be held during the reconvened fifty-seventh session of the Commission, in December 2014, and the regular fifty-eighth session, in March 2015.
٣٢- واستهلَّت اللجنة، عملاً بالفقرة 7 من قرارها 57/5، سلسلة من الاجتماعات المعقودة فيما بين الدورتين، اعتبارا من 10 حزيران/يونيه 2014، بهدف إعداد الأجزاء الخاصة المفتوحة من الأعمال التحضيرية للدورة الاستثنائية للجمعية العامة، المقرَّر عقدها خلال الدورة السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة للجنة، في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2014، والدورة العادية الثامنة والخمسين، في آذار/مارس 2015.

Additional intersessional meetings will be held later in 2014 with a view to preparing two special segments on preparations for the special session of the General Assembly, one to be held on 3 December 2014, during the reconvened fifty-seventh session of the Commission, and the other to be held during the fifty-eighth session of the Commission, in March 2015.
وسوف تعقد لاحقا اجتماعات أخرى فيما بين الدورات في عام 2014 بغية التحضير لجزأين رفيعي المستوى بشأن أعمال التحضير للدورة الاستثنائية للجمعية العامة، أحدهما سوف يعقد في 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2014 خلال الدورة السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة للجنة والثاني سوف يعقد خلال الدورة الثامنة والخمسين للجنة في آذار/مارس 2015.

The representative of Sri Lanka (on behalf of the Group of 77 and China) requested the Secretariat to provide the Commission, at its reconvened fifty-seventh session and at its subsequent reconvened sessions, detailed information regarding the staff composition of UNODC at its headquarters and field offices, on the basis of geographical distribution and including the nationalities of the staff.
وطلب ممثِّل سري لانكا (نيابةً عن مجموعة ال77 والصين) إلى الأمانة أن تزوِّد اللجنة، في دورتها السابعة والخمسين المستأنفة وفي دوراتها المستأنفة اللاحقة، بمعلومات تفصيلية عن تشكيلة موظفي مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة العاملين في مقرِّه الرئيسي وفي مكاتبه الميدانية، حسب توزيعهم الجغرافي وجنسياتهم.
