وعموما بيّن العرض الإيضاحي أهمية إنشاء نظم المحطات المرجعية الوطنية على أساس معيار موحد لكي تعمل النظم على ما يرام ولتمكين تبادل البيانات عبر الحدود.

Participants noted that the Continuous Operating GNSS Network (COGNET) for Saudi Arabia would be realized through a set of continuously operating reference station observation systems at such a density that professionals could use it as reference from anywhere on the Arabian Peninsula for their geo-referencing activities and scientific applications in geodynamics, ionospheric and troposheric research.
وأشار المشاركون إلى أنَّ الشبكة السعودية المتواصلة العمل الخاصة بالنظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة سوف تتحقق من خلال الاستعانة بمجموعة من نظم رصد المحطات المرجعية المتواصلة العمل تتميز بدرجة من الكثافة تمكن المختصين من استخدامها كمرجع لهم من أيِّ مكان في شبه الجزيرة العربية في أنشطتهم المتصلة بالإسناد الجغرافي والتطبيقات العلمية المستخدمة في البحوث الجيودينامية والأيونوسفيرية والتروبوسفيرية.

The EUPOS initiative, which is based on a network of differential GNSS (DGNSS) reference station systems, was outlined, along with some examples of DGNSS correction data for real-time positioning and navigation, as well as GNSS observation data for post-processing position determination.

A total of 41 presentations were made by invited speakers from both developing and developed countries during the five thematic sessions, which focused on GNSS and satellite-based augmentation systems in operation and in development; initiatives in GNSS end-user applications; GNSS reference station networks and services; capacity-building; and training and education in the field of GNSS.
14- وقُدِّم 41 عرضاً إيضاحياً إجمالا من جانب متكلمين مدعوين من البلدان النامية والبلدان المتقدمة خلال الجلسات المواضيعية الخمس، وقد ركَّزت على النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة ونظم التعزيز الساتلية العاملة والجاري استحداثها؛ والمبادرات المتخذة بشأن تطبيقات المستخدم النهائي لهذه النظم؛ وشبكات وخدمات المحطات المرجعية الخاصة بهذه النظم؛ وبناء القدرات؛ والتدريب والتعليم في هذا المجال.

A total of 27 presentations were made by invited experts from both developing and developed countries during the four technical sessions, which focused on the following themes: (a) GNSS user applications: case studies and opportunities for collaboration, (b) GNSS reference station networks and services, (c) space weather and GNSS and (d) capacity-building, training and education in the field of GNSS.
15- وقُدِّم ما مجموعه 27 عرضاً إيضاحياً من جانب خبراء مدعوين من البلدان النامية والبلدان المتقدمة خلال الجلسات التقنية الأربع التي ركزت على المواضيع التالية: (أ) تطبيقات مستخدمي النظم العالمية: دراسات حالات وفرص للتعاون، و(ب) شبكات وخدمات المحطات المرجعية للنظم العالمية، و(ج) طقس الفضاء والنظم العالمية، و(د) بناء القدرات والتدريب والتدريس في مجال النظم العالمية.

The ongoing process of the establishment of high precise differential GNSS (DGNSS) positioning services and their respective GNSS reference station networks, which were related to the GNSS-consistent International Reference Frame with its different realizations, implied the replacement of georeferencing in the classical national reference frames with one related to the International Reference Frame.
21- والاستمرار في إنشاء خدمات عالية الدقة لتحديد المواقع بالاستعانة بالنظم التفاضلية العالمية لسواتل الملاحة وما يتبعها من شبكات المحطات المرجعية للنظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة، وهي خدمات تتصل بالإطار المرجعي الدولي المتسق مع النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة بمختلف تحققاته، إنما هو أمر يعني ضمنا الاستعاضة بالإسناد الجغرافي في الأطر المرجعية الوطنية التقليدية بإسناد يتصل بالإطار المرجعي الدولي.

18- وفي إطار مختلف المشاريع والبرامج الجارية المتّسمة بأهمية بالنسبة للمنطقة، اتفق المشاركون على أنشطة متابعة لمواصلة تعزيز شبكات المحطات المرجعية عبر النظام الأوروبي لتحديد المواقع، واتفقوا على أنه ينبغي تنظيم دورات تدريبية وحلقات عمل حول النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة لبلدان الإقليم التي لا تقوم حاليا بتشغيل محطات مرجعية دائمة.

Each working group met to discuss activities that would contribute to an increase in the use of GNSS technology in the region, and how best to implement a GNSS continuously operating reference station (CORS) to ensure that data and services are consistent with the national reference frame.
واجتمع كل فريق عامل لمناقشة الأنشطة التي من شأنها أن تساهم في زيادة استخدام تكنولوجيا النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة في المنطقة، وتحديد أفضل الطرق لإنشاء محطة مرجعية متواصلة العمل تابعة لهذه النظم من أجل كفالة توافق البيانات والخدمات مع الإطار المرجعي الوطني.
