1 - طلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 47/19 إلى جميع الدول الامتناع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية لتلك الدول سيادة دول أخرى، وحثت الدول التي لديها قوانين أو تدابير من هذا القبيل على اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لإبطالها أو إلغائها.

Ms. Pulido Santana (Venezuela) (spoke in Spanish): Since 1991, the General Assembly has reiterated its call upon all States to refrain from promulgating and applying laws and economic, commercial and financial measures having extraterritorial effect.
