62 - واختتم حديثه قائلا إن المؤتمر الإسلامي على مستوى القمة، وكذلك مؤتمرات الدول الإسلامية على المستوى الوزاري، أكدت جميعها على أن السكان الفلسطينيين، أينما كانوا، سيظلون ضمن نطاق مسؤولية الأونروا حتى يتم حل مشكلة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين على أساس حق اللاجئين في العودة إلى وطنهم.
