36. With regard to chapter VI of the report of the International Law Commission, reservations to treaties were one of the most complex areas of international law.
٣٦ - ومضى قائلا إنه فيما يتعلق بالفصل السادس من تقرير لجنة القانون الدولي، تعد التحفظات على المعاهدات من أعقد المجالات في القانون الدولي.

48. With regard to chapter VIII of the report, he welcomed the work accomplished by the Commission on the topic as a useful beginning.

36. Lastly, with regard to chapter IX of the report, his delegation concurred with the Commission’s decision to suspend work on international liability, pending the completion of its second reading of the draft articles on prevention of transboundary damage from hazardous activities.
36 - وأخيرا أشار، فيما يخص الفصل التاسع من التقرير، إلى أن وفده يوافق على قرار اللجنة بتعليق العمل المتعلق بالمسؤولية الدولية، ريثما تنجز قراءتها الثانية لمشاريع المواد المتعلقة بالوقاية من الضرر الممتد خارج الحدود والناجم عن الأنشطة الخطيرة.

69. With regard to chapter VI of the report, it was obvious that the topic was the most controversial of those considered by the Commission.
