7.4 With regard to the author's claims concerning the assessment of evidence by the domestic courts, the Committee notes that the author basically requests a review of the courts' judgements in his case.

10.3 With regard to the author's claims under article 1, the Committee recalls its previous jurisprudence, and notes that such claims are not justiciable under the Optional Protocol.

7.2 With regard to the author's claims that she is a victim of a violation of articles 17 and 18 of the Covenant because she was allegedly wrongfully declared unfit for work, the Committee notes that the author has not provided sufficient elements to substantiate her claims, for purposes of admissibility.
7-2 وفيما يتعلق بادعاء صاحبة البلاغ أنها ضحية انتهاك المادتين 17 و18 من العهد لأن قرار عدم لياقتها للعمل كان خاطئاً، على حد زعمها، تلاحظ اللجنة أن صاحبة البلاغ لم تقدم أدلة كافية لإثبات ادعاءاتها لأغراض القبول.

6.3 With regard to the author's claims that the conditions in which her mother is detained constitute inhuman and degrading treatment in violation of articles 7 and 10 of the Covenant, the Committee found that these claims had been sufficiently substantiated for the purposes of admissibility and should be considered on their merits.
6-3 وأما فيما يتصل بادعاءات صاحبة البلاغ بأن ظروف الاحتجاز التي تعيش فيها والدتها تشكل معاملة غير إنسانية ومهينة وفيها انتهاك للمادة 7 والمادة 10 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، فقد اعتبرت اللجنة أن هذه الادعاءات قد أُثبتت بما فيه الكفاية لأغراض المقبولية وينبغي النظر في موضوعها.

4.2 With regard to the author's claims that his rights under article 14, paragraph 1, have been violated by the State party, the Committee observes that these allegations relate primarily to the evaluation of facts and evidence by the State party's courts.
4-2 ففيما يتعلق بادعاءات صاحب البلاغ بأن الدولة الطرف انتهكت حقوقه المكفولة بالفقرة 1 من المادة 14، لاحظت اللجنة أن تلك المزاعم ترتبط أولاً وقبل كل شيء بتقييم محاكم الدولة الطرف الوقائع والأدلة.

8.8 With regard to the author's claims under article 9, paragraph 1, the Committee notes the State party's argument that its non-refoulement obligations do not extend to a potential breach of this provision.

8.7 With regard to the author's claims that he is a victim of discrimination, the State party notes that the author states that the discriminatory remarks made by the judge were recorded on the audio tape of the hearing but deleted from the record.
٨-٧ وفيما يتعلق بادعاءات صاحب البلاغ من أنه ضحية تمييز، تشير الدولة الطرف إلى أن صاحب البلاغ يقول إن الملاحظات التمييزية التي قدمتها القاضية ضده سجلت على شريط خلال جلسة الاستماع، لكنها حذفت من سجل المحاكمة.

6.3 With regard to the author's claims under articles 2, 7 and 9 of the Covenant, the Committee considers that the author has not provided information sufficient to substantiate his allegations and accordingly declares them inadmissible under article 2 of the Optional Protocol.

With regard to the author's claims regarding violation of article 26 in that she and her colleague were treated differently because her colleague held a university degree while the author did not, the Committee points out that distinction does not necessarily imply discrimination, provided that it is based on objective and reasonable criteria.

4.5 With regard to the author's claims in respect of family life, the State party considers that they only arose because of the author's pursuit of protracted legal proceedings since immediately after her arrival in New Zealand in 1996.

8.7 With regard to the author's claims under articles 6 (para. 1) and 7 of the Covenant, the Committee notes that the author has explained the reasons why he feared to be returned to Pakistan, based mainly on the alleged fatwa and arrest warrant issued against him and the past harassment and attacks by the Sipah-e-Sahaba (SSP).

In case No. 981/2001 (Gómez Casafranca v. Peru), with regard to the author's claims that her son was subjected to ill-treatment while being held at the police station, the Committee noted:

5.4 With regard to the author's claims in relation to article 14, paragraph 5, the State party points out that the rules governing appeals in cassation were subject to interpretation by the Constitutional Court in part on the basis of views previously issued by the Committee.
