" 2- اذا كان لأي من الطرفين أكثر من مكان عمل واحد، فيقصد بمكان العمل، لأغراض هذه الاتفاقية المكان الأوثق صلة بالعقد المعني وبتنفيذه، مع مراعاة الظروف التي يعلمها الطرفان أو التي كانا يتوقعانها في أي وقت قبل انعقاد العقد أو وقت انعقاده.

" 2. If a party has more than one place of business, the place of business for the purposes of this Convention is that which has the closest relationship to the relevant [transaction] [contract] and its performance, having regard to the circumstances known to or contemplated by the parties at any time before or at the conclusion of the [transaction] [contract].
" 2- إذا كان لأي من الطرفين أكثر من مكان عمل واحد، فيقصد بمكان العمل، لأغراض هذه الاتفاقية، المكان الأوثق صلة بـ [المعاملة] [العقد] المعني وبتنفيذه، مع مراعاة الظروف التي كان يعلمها الطرفان أو يتوقعانها في أي وقت قبل انعقاد [المعاملة] [العقد] أو وقت انعقاده.

The State party adds that both reports rested on a case history based on the patient's account alone, and did not therefore prove the veracity of the alleged facts, notably with regard to the circumstances, the reasons or even the perpetrator of the ill-treatment.

" 2. " 2- إذا لم يعيّن الطرف مقر عمل وكان له أكثر من مقر عمل واحد، يكون مقر العمل لأغراض هذه الاتفاقية [، رهنا بالفقرة 1 من هذه المادة،] هو المقر الأوثق صلة بالعقد المعني، مع إيلاء اعتبار للظروف التي كان الطرفان على علم بها أو يتوقعانها في أي وقت قبل إبرام العقد أو عند إبرامه.

8.7 The Committee notes the State party's argument that the medical reports submitted by the complainant rest on a case history based solely on information provided by the patient and that they do not prove the veracity of the allegations made, notably with regard to the circumstances, the reasons or even the identity of the perpetrator of the alleged ill-treatment.
