The Committee thanks the State party for its detailed replies to the list of issues and the additional information submitted by the delegation which enabled the Committee to gain a clearer idea of the situation with regard to the implementation of the Convention in the State party.

With regard to the implementation of the Convention in the area of disarmament, my colleague, Mr. Horst Reeps, has already provided a very clear explanation of what we have been able to achieve.

However, the Committee remains concerned at the lack of effective coordination of the activities of these bodies, in particular with regard to the implementation of the Convention and the national plan of action, and the serious lack of resources available to the National Council.

It is, however, regretted that the report provided insufficient factual information, especially with regard to the implementation of the Convention and the related domestic legislation.
بيد أنه من دواعي اﻷسف أن التقرير لم يقدم معلومات كافية قائمة على الوقائع، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ الاتفاقية والتشريعات الداخلية ذات الصلة.

It is however regretted that the report provided insufficient factual information, especially with regard to the implementation of the Convention and the related domestic legislation.

The Committee is further concerned that the lack or limited availability of such detailed data may also constitute an impediment to the State party itself in designing and implementing targeted policies and programmes, and in monitoring their effectiveness in regard to the implementation of the Convention in all parts of the vast country.

The Committee recommends that the State party provide NGOs with adequate financial and other resources when they are involved in discharging governmental responsibilities and duties with regard to the implementation of the Convention.
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تزود المنظمات غير الحكومية بالموارد المالية الكافية وغيرها من الموارد كلما تم إشراكها في الوفاء بالمسؤوليات والواجبات الحكومية فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ الاتفاقية.

The Committee expresses concern about the apparent lack of understanding on the part of the State party about the obligations of the State and the role of non-governmental organizations in regard to the implementation of the Convention and the promotion of gender equality.
