1. Calls upon all States to comply fully with commitments made regarding nuclear disarmament and nuclear non-proliferation and not to act in any way that may be detrimental to nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation or that may lead to a new nuclear arms race;
1 - تهيب بجميع الدول التقيد التام بالالتزامات المعلنة بشأن نزع السلاح النووي وعدم الانتشار النووي وعدم التصرف على أي نحو قد يضر بنزع السلاح النووي وعدم الانتشار النووي أو قد يؤدي إلى حدوث سباق تسلح نووي جديد؛

We call upon all States parties to the treaties whose aim is to eliminate or prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons in all its aspects to fully comply with their respective commitments regarding nuclear disarmament and nuclear non-proliferation in order to strengthen these treaties and promote international stability.
وإننا نناشد جميع الدول الأطراف في المعاهدات الرامية إلى إزالة أو منع انتشار الأسلحة النووية بجميع أشكالها بأن تتقيد تقيداً كاملا بكل التزاماتها فيما يخص نزع السلاح النووي وعدم الانتشار النووي بغية ترسيخ هذه المعاهدات وتعزيز الاستقرار الدولي.
