In draft resolution A, the Assembly would urge Member States, inter alia, to enhance regional efforts and cooperation among developing countries, as well as cooperation between developed and developing countries; and to strengthen communication capacities and improve the media infrastructure and communication technology in the developing countries, especially in the areas of training and dissemination of information.
وفي مشروع القرار ألف، تحث الجمعية الدول الأعضاء، من ضمن جهات أخرى، على الاضطلاع بتعزيز الجهود الإقليمية والتعاون الإقليمي فيما بين البلدان النامية؛ وتعزيز قدرات الاتصال وتحسين الهياكل الأساسية لوسائط الإعلام وتكنولوجيا الاتصال في البلدان النامية، وخاصة في مجالي التدريب ونشر المعلومات.

(d) To enhance regional efforts and cooperation among developing countries, as well as cooperation between developed and developing countries, to strengthen communication capacities and to improve the media infrastructure and communication technology in the developing countries, especially in the areas of training and dissemination of information;
