The Strategic Goods (Control) Act (Cap. 300) and the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act (Cap. 272A) and its Regulations, together allow Singapore to implement operative paragraphs 8 and 9 of resolution 1929 (2010) by controlling the export, re-export, trans-shipment and transit of goods related to weapons of mass destruction as well as controls on brokering and intangible transfers of technology.

The Strategic Goods (Control) Act and the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act and their regulations together allow Singapore to implement those paragraphs of resolution 2094 (2013) relating to the transfer, brokering and inspection of sanctioned items by controlling the export, re-export, trans-shipment, transit and brokering of strategic goods and items prohibited for transfer to and from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
