Also welcomes the cooperation that the Afghan authorities have extended to the Coordinator for Humanitarian and Economic Assistance Programmes relating to Afghanistan and to international organizations, such as the specialized agencies, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Committee of the Red Cross;
٢- ترحب أيضا بالتعاون الذي أبدته السلطات اﻷفغانية لمنسق برامج المساعدة اﻹنسانية والاقتصادية الخاصة بأفغانستان وإلى المنظمات الدولية مثل الوكالات المتخصصة ومفوضية اﻷمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين واللجنة الدولية للصليب اﻷحمر؛

Urgently appeals to all Member States and humanitarian organizations to continue to promote the implementation of the projects envisaged by the Coordinator for Humanitarian and Economic Assistance Programmes relating to Afghanistan and the programmes of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, especially the pilot projects for the repatriation of refugees;
١٩ - تناشد على وجه الاستعجال جميع الدول اﻷعضاء والمنظمات اﻹنسانية مواصلة تعزيز تنفيذ المشاريع التي يتوخاها منسق برامج المساعدة اﻹنسانية والاقتصادية المتصلة بأفغانستان وبرامج مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لشؤون اللاجئين، وخاصة المشاريع الرائدة ﻹعادة اللاجئين الى وطنهم؛

14. Mr. Arlacchi (Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of the United Nations Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention), replying to two questions relating to Afghanistan, said that the situation regarding illicit crops had deteriorated, as his Office had predicted two years earlier, owing to insufficient efforts by the international community.
