After discussion, the Commission reaffirmed the mandate of the Working Group relating to electronic transferable records and requested the Secretariat to continue reporting to the Commission on relevant developments in the field of electronic commerce.
230- وبعد المناقشة، عاودت اللجنة تأكيد ولاية الفريق العامل المتعلقة بالسجلات الإلكترونية القابلة للتحويل، وطلبت إلى الأمانة أن تواصل تقديم تقارير عن التطورات ذات الصلة في ميدان التجارة الإلكترونية.

It also made efforts to widen the distribution of its quarterly bilingual publication The African Peace Bulletin (Bulletin Africain de la Paix), which focuses on relevant developments in the field of peace, security and disarmament and related issues, mainly in the African continent.
وكذلك بذل المركز جهودا لتوسيع نطاق توزيع نشرته الفصلية التي تصدر بالانكليزية والفرنسية بعنوان " نشرة السلام اﻷفريقية " التي تركز على التطورات ذات الصلة في مجالات السلام واﻷمن ونزع السلاح وما يتصل بها من مسائل، ولا سيما في القارة اﻷفريقية.

It also invited the Director-General to report to it at its substantive session of 2010 on relevant developments in the field of genetic privacy and non-discrimination and on a possible inter-agency coordination mechanism, in consultation with and taking into account the views of Member States.
ودعا أيضا المدير العام إلى أن يقدم للمجلس تقريرا عن التطورات ذات الصلة في مجال خصوصية البيانات الجينية وعدم التمييز وعن إمكانية إنشاء آلية تنسيق مشتركة بين الوكالات بالتشاور مع الدول الأعضاء ومع أخذ وجهات نظرها في الاعتبار.

At its substantive session of 2008, the Council invited the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization to report to the Council on relevant developments in the field of genetic privacy and nondiscrimination at its substantive session of 2010 and on a possible inter-agency coordination mechanism, in consultation with and taking into account the views of Member States (Council decision 2008/233).

36. The Centre continued to publish and to distribute its quarterly bilingual newsletter, African Peace Bulletin, which focuses on relevant developments in the field of peace, security and disarmament and related issues, mainly on the African continent.
36 - وواصل المركز نشر وتوزيع رسالته الإخبارية الفصلية التي تصدر بلغتين African Peace Bulletin، التي تركز على التطورات ذات الصلة في ميدان السلام والأمن ونزع السلاح والقضايا ذات الصلة، وبشكل أساسي على القارة الأفريقية.

l4. As regards information activities, the Centre continued to publish, for wide distribution, its quarterly newsletter entitled African Peace Bulletin (APB), which focuses on relevant developments in the field of disarmament and related issues in Africa.
١٤ - وفيما يتعلق باﻷنشطة اﻹعلامية، فقد استمر المركز في نشر الرسالة اﻹخبارية الفصلية المعنونة، " نشرة السلم اﻷفريقية )BPA( " ، التي تركز على التطورات ذات الصلة في ميدان نزع السلاح والمسائل المتصلة به في افريقيا من أجل التوزيع الواسع النطاق.

At its forty-second session, the Commission will have before it a note by the Secretariat (A/CN.9/678) containing an update on the progress of the work of the WCO-UNCITRAL Joint Legal Task Force on Coordinated Border Management Incorporating the International Single Window, as well as on other relevant developments in the field of single windows.
31- وسيكون معروضا على اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والأربعين مذكرة من الأمانة (A/CN.9/678) تتضمن عرضا محدَّثا للتقدّم المحرز في عمل فرقة العمل القانونية المشتركة بين المنظمة العالمية للجمارك والأونسيترال المعنية بالإدارة الحدودية المنسّقة العاملة بنظام النافذة الدولية الوحيدة، وكذلك لسائر التطورات ذات الصلة في ميدان النوافذ الوحيدة.
