Rule 97, paragraph 4: The Special Rapporteur may request the State party or the author of the communication to submit, within specified time limits, additional written information or observations relevant to the question of admissibility or to the merits.

1. The Committee or the working group established under rule 106 or a special rapporteur designated under rule 106, paragraph 3, may request, through the Secretary-General, the State party concerned or the author of the communication to submit additional written information, clarifications of observations relevant to the question of admissibility of the communication.
المادة ١٠٨ ١ - يجوز ﻷي من اللجنة أو الفريق العامل المنشأ بموجب المادة ١٠٦ أو المقرر الخاص، بموجب الفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٠٦، أن يطلب، من خلال اﻷمين العام، من الدولة الطرف أو من مقدم البلاغ تقديم معلومات وايضاحات كتابية عن أي ملاحظات تتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ.

10- يجوز أن تطلب اللجنة أو فريق عامل أو المقرر الخاص المعني بالبلاغات بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، متصرفاً باسم اللجنة، إلى الدولة الطرف أو صاحب/أصحاب البلاغ القيام، في غضون مهلة زمنية محددة، تقديم توضيحات أو بيانات خطية إضافية فيما يتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ أو أسسه الموضوعية.

At the Committee's fifty-third session, Mr. Fausto Pocar was designated to succeed Ms. Chanet as Special Rapporteur. Since the end of the fifty-first session, the Special Rapporteur has transmitted 38 new communications to the States parties concerned under rule 91 of the Committee's rules of procedure, requesting information or observations relevant to the question of admissibility.
وفي الدورة الثالثة والخمسين، عينت اللجنة السيد فاوستو بوكار خلفا للسيدة شانيه كمقرر خاص وأحال المقرر الخاص منذ نهاية الدورة الحادية والخمسين ٨٣ رسالة جديدة إلى الدول اﻷطراف المعنية، بموجب المادة ١٩ من النظام الداخلي للجنة، طالبا معلومات أو ملاحظات تتصل بمسألة قبول الرسائل.

Rule 92 1. The Committee or the Working Group established under rule 87 may request, through the Secretary-General, the State party concerned or the author of the communication to submit additional written information or clarifications relevant to the question of admissibility of the communication.
